Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 4, 2026
This page is a good-faith, standard-form summary provided for beta review. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel and is pending formal attorney review before this platform is used with real patients or partners.

Our commitment

We want this platform — including the patient intake form, which is often filled out shortly after a stressful event — to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and are actively working toward full conformance as this beta matures.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML, labeled form fields, and visible focus states throughout the intake form and portals.
  • Color choices checked for adequate contrast against our design system.
  • A layout that reflows for smaller screens and browser zoom rather than requiring horizontal scrolling.
  • No content that relies on color alone to convey meaning (status badges pair color with text).

Known gaps

As a beta product, some interactive elements (drag-to-reorder in the admin form builder, certain modal flows) have not yet completed a full assistive-technology audit. We're prioritizing fixes as they're identified.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this platform, please tell us — email accessibility@usa-digital.com with a description of the issue and the page it occurred on. We treat accessibility reports as a priority, not a backlog item.
