Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026
This page is a good-faith, standard-form summary provided for beta review. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel and is pending formal attorney review before this platform is used with real patients or partners.

1. What this platform does

Auto Accident Rehabilitation ("AAR," "we," "us") operates an intake platform that collects contact and symptom information from people who were recently in an auto accident, for the sole purpose of connecting them with a licensed chiropractor in their area. We do not diagnose any condition, make medical claims, recommend treatment, or provide medical advice of any kind.

2. Information we collect

Through the intake form, we collect:

  • Contact information — name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code.
  • Accident details — date, self-reported severity, whether airbags deployed, fault.
  • Self-reported symptoms — the general and "red flag" symptom options you select.
  • Insurance information — coverage type and attorney representation status.
  • Technical data — a hashed (never raw) IP address, user agent, and referring page, used for spam prevention and security.

We never collect payment card details on the patient intake form — there is nothing to pay for as a patient.

3. How we use your information

  • To route your submission to the licensed chiropractor partner serving your ZIP code.
  • To notify that partner (ZIP code, urgency level, and reported symptom labels only — never your name, phone, or email in the notification itself).
  • To maintain an audit trail of who accessed your record and when, as required for HIPAA compliance.
  • To detect and prevent spam or fraudulent submissions.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with insurance companies. We do not use it for advertising.

4. How your information is protected

  • Contact and symptom fields are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) at the application layer before they are ever written to disk.
  • All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit (TLS).
  • Access to decrypted records is limited to the chiropractor partner assigned to your ZIP code and platform administrators, and every access is logged.

See our Security & Compliance page for more detail.

5. Data retention

Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet healthcare-industry recordkeeping norms. Deletion requests are honored as a soft-delete — your record is excluded from all active use and queries immediately, and permanently purged at the end of the retention window.

6. Your choices

You may request a copy of your information, request correction, or request deletion by contacting the chiropractor partner you were routed to, or by emailing privacy@usa-digital.com. See also our GDPR and CCPA/CPRA pages for region-specific rights.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes materially.
