What we use

This platform keeps things deliberately minimal. We use browser storage for two purposes, neither of which is advertising or third-party tracking:

Session storage (portal only) — when you sign in to the partner or admin portal, your sign-in session is kept in your browser's session storage. It's cleared automatically when you close the tab, and your session ends after 15 minutes of inactivity regardless.
Essential form state — while filling out the patient intake form, your in-progress answers are held in memory in your browser so you can move between steps. Nothing is written to a cookie for this.

What we don't use

We don't use advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking cookies. We don't sell or share browsing data with ad networks.

Third-party embeds

If reCAPTCHA is enabled to prevent spam submissions, Google's reCAPTCHA script may set its own cookies per Google's policies while the form is open. If a partner site embeds our intake form, that partner's own site may use its own cookies — those are outside our control and covered by that partner's cookie policy.

Managing storage

You can clear session/local storage at any time through your browser's settings; doing so simply signs you out of any active portal session.
