This page describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

Categories of information we collect

Identifiers (name, phone, email, ZIP code).
Health-related information you self-report (accident details, symptoms).
Internet/network activity (hashed IP address, user agent) — for spam prevention only.
Commercial information — for chiropractor partners, subscription and billing history.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under CPRA.

Your rights

Right to know — what personal information we've collected, used, and disclosed.
Right to delete — request deletion, subject to our healthcare recordkeeping obligations.
Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate information.
Right to opt out — of sale/sharing (not applicable — we don't sell or share).
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — including the health information you self-report.
Right to non-discrimination — for exercising any of these rights.
