GDPR — EU/UK Visitor Rights
This platform is operated in the United States and built to serve U.S. auto-accident patients and chiropractor practices — it is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, residents of the European Union or United Kingdom. If you are located in the EU/UK and interact with this site anyway, this page explains the rights that apply to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
Legal basis for processing
Where GDPR applies, we process the information you submit on the basis of your explicit consent (given by submitting the intake form) and, for chiropractor partners, performance of a contract (your subscription agreement).
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion, subject to our healthcare recordkeeping obligations.
- Restriction — request that we limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@usa-digital.com. We will respond within one month as required by GDPR.
International transfers
Data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for any transfer of EU/UK personal data outside the EEA/UK.
